We have one lease term following the academic school year. It runs from August through July 31st of the following year. The next lease term runs August 17, 2026 through July 31, 2027

Internet, cable, water, sewage, and trash services are all included in rent. The only extra utility is electricity, which is billed by the usage in the unit and divided evenly between all roommates. You can pay your bill through our partner, SimpleBills.

Yes, we allow furry friends at Stadium House. We have a Pet Deposit and Pet Rent for every animal that is not an ESA or Assistance Animal.

Directly through your resident portal or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergenct, please notify the front office immediately.

Stadium House Gainesville offers resort-style amenities designed for living, studying, and unwinding. Highlights include a rooftop pool & spa, private pool cabanas, Jumbotron, outdoor kitchen & grilling areas, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, 24/7 study spaces, golf simulator, karaoke/music room, gaming and resident lounges, coffee bar, and dog spa.

We have onsite parking available for our residents and their guests!

To apply we need SSNs and Driver's License Number Identifiers. Occasionally, we will need Government Issued Photo ID, Military ID, and VISAs.

The application and lease are completed all online. Once your lease is completed, you and your guarantor will undergo a background screening that will verify identity and income.

Located in the heart of Midtown, just steps from the UF campus, StadiumHouse is located by all your study, food, and nightlife favorites.

Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you're not responsible for their payment.

Yes, we offer a roommate matching system. If you don't have anyone in mind that you would like to live with, let us match you up with someone! There is a Roommate Matching Sheet that you will fill out to let us know more about what you're looking for in a roommate. Then, we spend weeks in the summer figuring out the best match for you based on that information.

Your lease is paid in 12 equal installments, with each installment due on the 1st. Please note that these payments are rental installments toward the total amount due under your lease and are not considered monthly rent.

We accept payment via check, money order, or through the online system.

StadiumHouse Gainesville's insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter's insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.

StadiumHouse Gainesville's lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at StadiumHouse Gainesville after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.

StadiumHouse Gainesville comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a designer furniture package which includes a couch, chair, coffee table, media console, 55" TV, barstools and washer & dryer in the common area. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser, night stand, desk and chair.

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment's mailbox located on StadiumHouse Gainesville's property. Packages will be delivered using our Amazon Hub package locker system so you can retrieve your packages anytime day or night.

We suggest that you bring: Bedding for a Queen-Size bed (beds are Full XL), toiletries, dishes/cookware, and decorations to make your new room feel like home!

While the main focus of your student's college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At StadiumHouse Gainesville, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our great staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza parties to karaoke nights, from resume building classes to gaming tournaments. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on at StadiumHouse Gainesville, as well as events happening around town so they don't miss anything! We want your student to succeed, and that's why we thought of them while designing StadiumHouse Gainesville as a Living-Learning environment!
